Construction Control Engineer
Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and facilities, registration of necessary technical documentation.
- Participation in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction projects and their commissioning.
- Quality control of the elimination of defects and defects by construction organizations in a timely manner.
- Monitoring the progress of capital construction plans, compliance with the volume, timing and quality of construction and installation works, as well as the quality of materials, products, structures used with approved design estimates, working drawings, building codes, standards, specifications, labor protection rules.
Basic requirements:
- Higher specialized construction education
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
- The availability of non-expired accreditation documents for IC, VIC, NAKS, etc. is welcome
- Readiness for business trips in the Russian Federation (schedule 60/30, 90/30)
